1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the VikendMajstor platform, you agree to these Terms of Service in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our platform.

2. Description of Service

VikendMajstor is a peer-to-peer platform that connects users who want to rent tools and equipment with owners who offer them for rental. We act only as an intermediary and do not participate directly in transactions between users.

3. Registration and Account

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide during registration.
• You are responsible for the security of your password and account.
• You may not share your login credentials with third parties.

4. Rules of Conduct

Users are required to:

• Respect other users and communicate in a polite manner.
• Provide accurate descriptions and photos of items they rent out.
• Adhere to agreed pickup and return times.
• Return rented items in the same condition as received.

5. Liability

VikendMajstor is not liable for:

• Damage caused by the use of rented items.
• Theft, loss, or damage to items during rental.
• Failure of users to fulfill their obligations.
• Disputes between users.

6. Payment and Deposit

VikendMajstor supports two payment methods:

• Direct Payment: Payment between users at the time of item pickup. VikendMajstor does not participate in these transactions.
• Online Payment: Secure card payment via the Stripe platform (coming soon).

Deposits are arranged directly between users, and VikendMajstor does not guarantee financial transactions between users.

7. Listings and Content

• Posting false listings is prohibited.
• Posting content that is illegal, offensive, or inappropriate is prohibited.
• We reserve the right to remove any listing without prior notice.

8. Subscriptions and Billing

VikendMajstor offers three subscription tiers:

• Free: Up to 5 active listings, basic visibility
• Standard (500 RSD/month): Up to 20 active listings, improved visibility
• Premium (1,000 RSD/month): Unlimited listings, priority visibility, featured listings

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period. You can cancel your subscription at any time in your account settings.

Subscription payments are processed through the secure Stripe platform. VikendMajstor does not store your payment card information.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
